Citizens Advice Westminster works to make a difference to the lives of people in Westminster. We deliver a high quality, agile advice service which reflects community issues and needs. We operate a service which puts people first.

This is a unique new opportunity to develop volunteer advisers across the Westminster Advice Services Partnership (WASP).

You will be employed by Citizens Advice Westminster and working with WASP partners Age UK Westminster, Asylum Aid and Deaf Plus to recruit, mentor, train and support new volunteer advisers.

You will have a strong advice background and be an experienced trainer. An ability to build strong relationships and engage with volunteers will be essential.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
From £37,010.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Good working knowledge of ICT packages: 1 year (required)
- giving advice and information to the public: 3 years (required)
- tutoring or training advisers in an advice-giving setting: 1 year (required)

  • Ability to plan & monitor effective learning programmes: 1 year (required)
  • Clear understanding of general organisational policies: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Citizens Advice's Certificate in General Advice work (required)

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in London
