Fantastic HR Advisor opportunity available to join a Government department- London location offering hybrid working
About Our Client:
A reputable Government office based in London, offering hybrid working.
- The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:* Managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring deadlines are processed in time
- Developing and delivering expert HR services; joiners, leavers, maternity / paternity / parental leave, flexible working requests, sickness absence etc
- Supporting HR policy development
- Producing HR casework data and reports
- Overseeing the work and management of a HR Officer & Apprentice
- Ensuring the HR system is maintained and up to date
- Continuous HR improvement processes.
The Successful Applicant:
- The successful HR Advisor must have:* Experience managing the employee lifecycle
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Experience of working within the Government or public services sector would be desirable.
What's on Offer:
An exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a Government department based in London. This will be a 2 year FTC initially to start ASAP.
