Fantastic HR Advisor opportunity available to join a Government department

  • London location offering hybrid working

About Our Client:

A reputable Government office based in London, offering hybrid working.

  • The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:* Managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring deadlines are processed in time
  • Developing and delivering expert HR services; joiners, leavers, maternity / paternity / parental leave, flexible working requests, sickness absence etc
  • Supporting HR policy development
  • Producing HR casework data and reports
  • Overseeing the work and management of a HR Officer & Apprentice
  • Ensuring the HR system is maintained and up to date
  • Continuous HR improvement processes.

The Successful Applicant:


  • The successful HR Advisor must have:* Experience managing the employee lifecycle
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Strong communication & teamwork skills
  • Experience of working within the Government or public services sector would be desirable.

What's on Offer:

An exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a Government department based in London. This will be a 2 year FTC initially to start ASAP.
