Description

As part of the Surveyor Team, you will undertake administration and clerical duties for the department helping with customer enquiries and assisting with delivery of the Asset Management service.
***
The main responsibilities of the role are:***-
To work within the Surveyor Team providing an administrative service; updating, auditing and maintaining the asset management database, survey and inspection records

To produce operational and management reports from the database required
***:
-
Supporting the wider Asset Management team with admin duties including organising appointments, written communication to customers
***:
-
To enter and maintain energy data and asbestos data accurately.

To provide telephone support for the team, minute taking
***
About You:***-
You will have excellent administration and customer service skills
***:
-
You will have experience of working with Microsoft 365 and managing data
***:
-
You will have GCSE Grade C (4) or equivalent qualification in Mathematics and English plus 3 other relevant GCSEs at grade C (4) or above
***:
-
Experience of working in a building related environment is desirable with some basic knowledge of property construction details and heating systems.
