Job Title -Finance Business Partner - Development and Business Planning

Sevenoaks, TN13


Salary:
£65,00 per annum


Contract Type:
Permanent


Weekly Hours: 37 Hours


Work Pattern:
Monday - Friday (hybrid working, 2 days per week in office)

Our client are looking for a Finance lead responsible for supporting the Development Team with Development appraisals, cashflow and sales forecasting and for the day to day maintenance of the Group business plan and production of scenarios and sensitivities.


Purpose -

  • Responsible for supporting the Development team with the production of Development appraisals, and financial analysis of new business
  • Responsible for the production of the annual update of the Development appraisal assumptions
  • Responsible for the production of Development scheme capital monitoring and Finance input into end of scheme reporting
  • Responsible for the Management Accounts for Ink, a Development Subsidiary
  • Responsible for supporting the Development and Home Ownership Teams in producing cashflow and financial forecasts to feed into the monthly reporting cycle
  • Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the 30year business plan, including a quarterly update of the business plan and regular sensitivity and scenario planning.
  • Responsible for finance input into capital grant processes and accounting.
  • Support the Head of Business Partnering with the production of the annual FFR Return to the Regulator.

Experience Required -

  • CCAB Qualification, with over 1 year post qualification expertise
  • Substantial experience of Development Finance
  • Substantial experience of Business Planning through Brixx
  • Personal influence; working effectively with colleagues, partners and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, personal drive and ambition to make a difference.
  • Substantial experience of business partnering a function of the business
  • Strong experience of setting Development and sales budgets (capital and revenue)
  • Experience of completing the FFR Return to the Regulator of Social Housing
