Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing meals following standardized recipes and portion sizes
Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
Oversee food preparation and production in the kitchen
Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Collaborate with other team members to create new menu items and specials
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
Excellent cooking skills with the ability to create a wide range of dishes
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
