We are looking for an organised and passionate manager to oversee the day-to-day running of Drake Circus Shopping Mall, Plymouth.

This will be a dynamic role overseeing security, cleaning, customer service, and other operational functions.


About You:


  • Proven record of continuous improvement and change management.
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, organisational & time management skills
  • Proficient Computer skills (all aspects of Microsoft Office)


  • Demonstrated Leadership skills

  • Proven record of operating, developing and coaching highperformance teams.
  • Ideally, previous experience managing KPIs and CAFM systems

Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for ensuring that all processes and procedures appertaining to Security best practice and general Cleaning practices are always adhered to, in line with company directives and client needs. Whilst adhering to Health, Safety, Environmental, Qualityand SIA compliance standards and client expectations.
  • Manage and monitor activities of all employees on site, making sure they adhere to the standards of excellence and to the guidelines set in the employee handbook
  • Act as the manager on duty for the estate dealing with any complaints, problemsolving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise
  • Support in the development, implementation, and management of plans for emergency / disaster control for areas of responsibility
  • Maintain a close working relationship with the client and Contract Manager
