Connect 44 looking for Short Term Cover for a Laptop Support Helpdesk, 4 Days a week,

Description

Main tasks

Assist with provision and ongoing maintenance of local IT tooling solutions ( both SW and HW)
Work with Laptops running with Windows 10
Provide assistance with setup and maintenance of local office IT infrastructure
Assist with procurement of IT assets for local UK office
Assist with IT and security audit compliance requirements internal and external
Act as client IT/ security interface as required by project teams
Assist with and interface to Automation/ Innovation team
Occasional Travel will be required within the UK and Overseas

Required competencies

Minimum of 3 years experience within an IT environment/Hands on
Full / Clean Driving Licence
Basic experience in networking (Cisco certification preferred)
Experience in troubleshooting PC hardware and MS Windows
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory is a plus
Bachelor degree in Telecommunications / Computer Science or at least 5 year of experience in the IT industry
Have a positive and proactive attitude towards work
Able to work under pressure/multi task/Hands on
