Salary £40,000-£45,000 per annum:

Our high-profile clients, with a stunning residence in West Sussex, are seeking an experienced and confident Live-out Maintenance Person to assist in their residence.

Duties include - but not limited to:

Use of Lutron, AV & Crestron systems
Light DIY (plumbing, electrical work etc)
Pool maintenance
Be local to the area (Horsham district)
Full UK driving licence
Happy to work with animals
Previous private house experience is a bonus

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - Hours TBC

Salary:
£40,000-£45,000 pa Gross DOE

Leave: 21 days plus bank holidays
