We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Individual Giving Officer to join our new and growing team in Hammersmith, London.

The Individual Giving Officer will plan and deliver compelling campaigns to acquire new supporters and retain and develop existing supporters.

This is an exciting time for the Individual Giving team and as a vital member of our team, you'll work to maximise the return on investment made by Maggie's in this area and achieve significant growth in revenue income - ultimately to bring Maggie's cancer care to everyone who needs us.

Your responsibilites

You will work on a range of products in this crucial income stream including regular giving, appeals and lottery
Proactively identify new ways to engage supporters and grow income from individual giving
Monitor market trends, undertake competitor analysis and keep uptodate with sector developments
To project manage multichannel direct marking campaigns from precampaign insight and briefing, through to delivery, optimisation, and postcampaign review
Plan and deliver compelling activity to engage with, and drive action from new supporters
Support the development & implementation of sector leading journeys to retain and develop existing supporters
Collaborate with and supervise external agencies and suppliers to deliver excellent work, on time and to budget.
