General Ledger
Matching of Purchase Orders against Purchase Invoices

Rasing Any Discrepancies with Procurement Team

Processing High Volume & High Value Purchase Invoices with attention to detail

Reconciling Supplier Statements

Creating Supplier and Subcontractor Payment Runs - Weekly & Monthly For Directors Approval

General Maintenance of Ledgers

Processing Expenses Claims

Verifying Subcontractors

Raising Intercompany Sales Invoices

Raising Sales Invoices for External Customers

Recording Customer Retention

Weekly Creditors Reports For Directors


Payroll
Processing & Submission of Monthly Payroll

Processing & Submission of Pension Contributions

Prepare & Post Monthly Payroll Journal


Monthly Reporting
Project Profitability Report (Excel) - For Directors

Payroll Costs To Business Reports (Excel) - For Directors

Reconcilliation of PAYE & CIS Liability - For Directors

Subcontractor CIS Returns - Submission

VAT Returns - Submission

Assisting External Accountants with Finance Information

Assisting External Consultants with Finance Information

Assisting HR Manager

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Pay:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
