This role is
Hybrid Working (3 Days in Belfast City Centre (State of the Art Office) + 2 days Working From Home)
This is a Monday - Friday position. Initially this will be a 12-month contract. High likelihood of permanency dependent on performance.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will support with the successful transition of our existing website to a new platform, ensuring the management of content population across the new website, maintaining quality and consistency of content, as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing deadlines, and resolving issues.
- Additionally, you will also support with:_
- Ensuring content is aligned with the brand voice, tone, and style guidelines, as well as the new website structure and design.
- Uploading, publishing, and testing the content on the new website platform
- Monitoring and reporting on the content migration progress, status, and issues
- Providing feedback and support to the content owners and stakeholders throughout the migration process.
- Conducting quality assurance checks and user acceptance testing on the new website before and after launch
- Documenting and maintaining the content migration processes, procedures, and best practices, working with the wider migration project team.
The Ideal Person
- Experience in website content management, preferably in a migration project.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with different teams and levels of the organisation.
- Experience managing and coordinating complex and large scale content projects.
- Project management and strong organisational skills.

£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
