Description

We are seeking a Health and Safety Co-ordinator, with experience in a manufacturing environment, to assist the operations management team based in Hertford.


Duties include:

  • Maintain the Company's compliance with current Health and Safety legislation.
  • Assist with the maintenance and development of Health and Safety systems and policy documents.
  • Create, review and maintain risk assessments for employees, buildings, facilities, processes, equipment, and subcontractors, including fire risk assessments.
  • Ensure the Company's compliance with COSHH and REACH Regulations.
  • Assess and organise employee training and refreshers relating to health and safety, including, first aid training, fire wardens, manual handling, lifting equipment etc.
  • Control the purchase, stock and issue of PPE as required.
  • Maintain health and Safety records for all production staff.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £30,000.00 per year
