This position is full time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm working every other weekend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining HR administration and GDPR compliance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, whilst keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the company.
- Management of booking software and integrations with various third party booking systems such as Airbnb.
- Implementing processes or systems where necessary to help ensure good management of the company.
- Managing contractual arrangements with suppliers/customers and collating information.
- Manage leads for potential sales.
- Being able to recommend solutions to problems; simplifying things where possible; thinking "outside the box"; questioning things you have always done to continuously improve.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Supervise and provide encouraging and proactive guidance to office staff and other individuals to achieve great results.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Act as a point of contact and a representative for the company. Embodying the Company Values, relating them to all aspects of the role.
- Any other task the Directors see to enhance the company.
Skills,
Experience and Qualities Required:
- Essential
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Packages and bespoke software.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; being able to communicate information in a clear and concise manner, negotiate and confidently deal with our park partners and industry contacts.

- Proven experience in a demanding, fastpaced environment.

- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks at once.

- Having a previous knowledge of holiday park booking packages, (Insite in particular), and other third party booking agencies.

- Full, clean, driving license.
