Meraki Talent are engaged to appoint a permanent Assistant Accountant based close to Perth (flexible & hybrid working) paying up to £25,000 plus full study support and a competitive benefits package available

The Role
The Assistant Accountment will be working directly with the Head of Finance to assist with preparing month-end.

Moreover, this individual will also be involved in the analysis of these accounts as well as assisting other finance colleagues if required.


Youwill be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the Head of Finance, other Accountants and transactional finance team
  • Preparation of management accounts
  • Variance analysis
  • Assisting with balance sheet integrity & reconciliations
  • Monthend: accruals, prepayments, journals,
  • Periodic and adhoc analysis & reporting
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a minimum of 18 months practical finance. This role would suit an Accounts Assistant that has or wants constant management accounting involvement.
