We are currently supporting a modern and progressive business in Chester, who are looking to expand their team with a new member in their Product Support team.

This role is ideal for anyone looking to build their career, and there is a wealth of trainingand development opportunities, with progression being offered throughout the business.

You will be part of a genuinely passionate team who are hardworking and love what they do. All you will need is a determination to learn, and a strong attention to detail

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- £22, depending on experience

Full time working hours between 9am5:30pm (potentially some flexibility on hours during busier times)

YOUR ROLE IN PRODUCT SUPPORT

You will be responsible for delivering high quality System updates and enhancements through detailed QA testing
Designing, creating and executing manual and automated test plans
Completing UAT on system releases, new functionality and whole system quality assurance
Documenting and reporting all results and feedback accurately

NECESSARY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

An excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently whilst maintaining accuracy
A keen willingness to learn new skills and knowledge
Have strong communication skills and customer service ethic
Be able to prioritise and manage time effectively
