What is the purpose of this role in delivery of our mission?

What are the key responsibilities / activities of the role:

  • Collaborate with marketing, product strategy and sales in ideating and designing compelling sales assets that creatively tell the story of our products and tech journey.
  • Come up with creative new ideas and ways to connect with our audience in meaningful and standout ways through social and other key marketing channels.
  • Own and deliver engaging gotomarket campaigns, presenting new products and product features in desirable and captivating executions.
  • Deliver social creative, both static and animated, and ensure captivating, surprising, engaging and onbrand results that tell the company story and values.
  • Art direct, storyboard and animate vibrant and striking miniclips or longer videos that simplify and elevate complex product or industry processes for use on social media or other channels.
  • Bring thought leadership pieces, such as reports or blog posts, to life in digestible and memorable executions.
  • Maintain and evolve the employer brand visual identity, ensuring it's always relevant to the company culture and values, and aid HR in creating hiring or internal assets that help build company image as an employer.
  • Understand and simplify data to create compelling data and infographics.
  • Create and maintain presentation toolkits to be used by sales and other members of the company in representing our brand and product.
  • Design, maintain, and evolve the company website by creating new pages and elevating existing ones in collaboration with an external developer as well and marketing and product.
  • Collaborate with product design by designing visual assets such as icons, graphics or animating lotties, buffer icons etc, when needed, but also transferring and enhancing screen stills or animations to be used on external facing assets.
  • Mentor junior designers, encourage their passion, and upskill them.
  • Educate and inspire other employees in the company in the power of visual and creative storytelling and communication.

What is the scope of accountability for the role:

  • Visual quality and consistency of company internal and external assets
  • Mentorship and training of junior brand designers

What are the essential skills, qualifications and experience required for the role?

  • 4+ years of graphic and brand design experience
  • Extensive knowledge in web design
  • Creative problemsolving and ideating
  • Static and motion graphics
  • Ability to discuss and present ideas and visual direction
  • Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, namely: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro & Media Encoder
  • Expert knowledge in PowerPoint

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£40,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
