Page Personnel have partnered with an exciting Education provider, based in Wakefield who are looking for a HR Manager to lead their busy HR department.

Client Details
Our client is an Education provider based in Wakefield. They over excellent benefits such as 25 days annual leave and 5% employer matched pension.

Description

The role holder will be responsible for supporting and advising the wider business with all employee relations queries, issues and initiatives.

Lead and implement any change management, provide strategic direction, support and advice in relation to the dayto day HR.

You will be lifting ideas off the page and creating exciting opportunities, as well as advising staff across the organisation.

The HR Manager will be manage the HR and Administration teams, as well managing staff welfare across the wider organisation.

Profile

CIPD Accreditation
A proactive mindset
Experience working in a People Manager role previously
Understanding of safeguarding procedures

Job Offer

On Offer:

Part time HR Manager role + 25 Hours per week + 3/4 days per week + £36,000-£38,500
FTE +25 days annual leave + 5% matched pension + career development opportunities
