Head of Finance, Bournemouth, £70,000 + Bonuses

Having grown significantly over the last 3 years, Rubicon's client is currently turning over £30m with an expectation for sustainable and profitable growth over the next few years.

This is exceptional growth and requires a first-class FC to fully overseethe numbers.


Although still family owned, this manufacturer sells its broad product range through distributors, retail outlets and online direct to consumer.


Currently employing over 100 staff the business has expanded into the USA and will continue to grow globally throughout 2023.


The Financial Controller will enjoy a hybrid working policy, working flexibly from home and based in the Head Office on the outskirts of Bournemouth working within an employee-centred and fast paced team environment.
