Link Collective Services are looking for outgoing, driven and hardworking individuals to join their growing Customer Sales team. Due to the demand from our clients we have multiple openings on offer, if you are seeking a customer facing role with the opportunity for career advancement then this could be the role for you

Responsibilities and fundamentals

  • As a customer sales assistant you will be the face of our clients products and services and will be responsible for creating a positive image of the company and brand at all times.
  • You will be working directly with customers to recommend products and services to fit their needs. This will be done via our active Sales campaigns these can include, events, B2B and residential.
  • Be comfortable in a customer facing role with a caring and considerate nature.
  • Foresee customer concerns and offer practical solutions to help resolve these.
  • Having a friendly and helpful manner when building rapport with customers to put them at ease.
  • Participation in training and development and immediate use of these new skills.
  • Ongoing familiarisation with current services and products.
  • If you have not had experience in all these areas yet do not worry Link collective services provide full training for this role and are open to individuals from all backgrounds looking to start a career in customer sales._

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 30 per week


Salary:
Up to £24,982.05 per year
