    Manager – Client Engagement & Strategic Growth

    We are seeking a Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving meaningful engagements that deliver tangible results at Consulting Point.

    As a Manager, you will be the key point of contact for senior stakeholders, understanding their strategic objectives, anticipating their talent needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that create real business impact.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Building and nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders within management consulting firms.
    • Developing a deep understanding of client needs, organisational structures, and talent challenges.
    • Identifying opportunities for collaboration and delivering bespoke recruitment solutions.
    • Collaborating with our internal teams to align client requirements with candidate acquisition strategies.
    • Representing Consulting Point in virtual industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and strengthen partnerships.

    We are looking for someone with:

    • Proven experience in a client-facing, relationship-driven role, ideally within recruitment, professional services, or management consulting.
    • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
    • A track record of achieving and exceeding client engagement and revenue targets.
    • The ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
    • A strategic mindset with a passion for delivering value to clients.
