Our client offers a range of business coaching services to small to medium business owners.


Role Overview


You will be an important part of a small successful small team focusing on administration and marketing, supporting a leading business coaching business based in Coventry, UK.


What We Require from You

1.You have a Marketing background and have at least 2 years' experience in Marketing. You have a strong willingness and optimistic attitude, to grow with this role.


  • You have a great interest in business and appreciate the importance of this role as a support role for the smooth operation of the business.
  • You are highly professional and positive in your thoughts, words, action and appearance.
  • You are extremely organised and efficient and deliver on results even under pressure.
  • The work you produce is consistently neat and presentable and you have an excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
  • You have an excellent personality, clear, confident and captivating voice and digital savy as you will be communicating via phone / video conferencing
  • You will fully live the vision, mission and values of the Company and ActionCOACH.
  • You enjoy working independently and sometimes alone without constant supervision and have an eye and passion for perfection in everything you do.
  • When working as part of a larger team you value the input of others and take responsibility for the part you have to play.
  • You must consistently follow processes which are in place and help develop new ones or improve current processes; a high degree of self-compliance is expected.
  • You must manage expectations and priorities in terms of time, cost and quality, particularly when there is likely to be failure in meeting every deadline.
  • You have a "consider it done" attitude and hate making excuses when things are not done; you must see life as managing conflicting priorities and be good at it.
  • You are described as a great finisher who is determined to get the results and you persist until the task is completed.
  • You learn from your mistakes, continually acquire new skills and ways of improving what you do. You have a passion for improving your education and learning - via reading, audiobooks, training courses, etc.
  • You are proficient at using Social Media, Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Internet Explorer and have a high degree of computer literacy.
  • You are able to organise and manage an online office, including computer systems, accounting systems and all general day to day office activity.
  • You have above average touch-typing skills and an eye for detail when preparing documents.
  • You have a mobile phone which is operational at all times, and you agree to be available for afterhours contact, where necessary due to time difference.
  • You have at least 3 years working experience in an office environment.

What you can Expect from the Role

  • You will be part of the world's largest and leading business coaching organisation.
  • You will be working with one of the world's top, awardwinning business coaches.
  • Your remuneration package will partially depend upon your experience and skills but will range from £18,000 £24,000 (to be calculated pro rata) plus bonuses available where KPI's are met.
  • Your working hours will be weekdays only (between Monday to Friday), depending on the number of hours you agree to work. There may occasionally be evening work or work at weekends when we run seminars although plenty of notice will be given for these occasions.
  • You will receive annual leave of 28 days (to be calculated pro rata and including bank holidays) and you can have the day off on your birthday when it would normally be a working day.
  • You will have access to a buddy support and training program where you will get as much assistance as you require through our regional and global offices.
  • You will receive continuous education including books and materials to improve your skills and your knowledge in business administration, sales, marketing, finance, team building and leadership.
  • You will be invited to various prestigious awards ceremonies and social events throughout the year.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

From £20,000.00 per year
