Precedo Healthcare provide nurses, support workers and healthcare assistants to NHS, supported living services and care homes.

We are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Eccles Team you will be focussed on growing an existing nursing, care and support desk, so previous sales experience would be ideal - any temporary recruitment experience would be considered.

Your role as Recruitment Consultant will include, generating new business and developing existing business through telephone or face to face, sales activities and ensuring profitability through sales, marketing, and resourcing.

The successful Recruitment Consultant will have the ability to combine professionalism and friendliness to meet the needs of clients and workers and deliver a quality service to both, whilst consistently meeting targets, and negioating terms for new business.

Administrative duties such as timesheet management, holiday requests, payroll queries and other ad hoc duties Occasional Visits to Clients may be required, therefore UK driving licence, with access to own vehicle would desirable.

This position is full time (37.5 hours per week), Monday-Friday.

The office is open from 8.00am until 5pm, so some flexibility with start and finish times on a rota is essential.
