Position:
Customer Service Representative


The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the success of our business by building positive relationships with our customers and providing excellent service to our clients.

The Customer Service Representative will serve as a liaison between customers, providing information on products, and solving problems.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Providing accurate and complete information by using company systems and resources
  • Build positive relationships with clients by providing knowledgeable information about the company and products, answering questions, and resolving problems
  • Take ownership of tasks and approach them with confidence while prioritizing multiple tasks at once

Experience:


  • Experience in a customer service role in a fastpaced office environment
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (preferred)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
