About the Role:


We are seeking to appoint a Head of Delivery leading our Manchester and Liverpool offices who will be accountable for the running and continued success of these established business units.


This presents a fantastic opportunity to join the BJSS UK Tech Leadership Team and drive the Region forward, helping to achieve our ambitious company vision and objectives and contributing to BJSS' continued success and outstanding delivery track record.

  • In addition to leading and developing our existing teams, you will be expected to grow the Manchester and Liverpool office teams further and nurture a diverse environment where people want to be, attracting the best talent in the regional tech communities.
  • Our clients building on our phenomenal delivery track record, you will be responsible for continued delivery success with our existing clients, whilst also working with Business Development teams to bring new, exciting projects for your teams to work on.
  • Our profitable, sustainable business as the owner of the regional P&L's, you will be accountable for the commercial efficiency and success of your offices.


As a member of BJSS' UK Tech Delivery Leadership Team, you will have a pivotal role in the continued growth, development and commercial success of BJSS and you will be targeted to achieve this.

About You:

A credible leader, you will inspire and actively engage with our people whilst building strong and trusted relationships with our clients.

You need to maintain and enhance an office environment where people want to be, encouraging dynamic and collaborative delivery.

You'll need to be a confident and articulate presenter, as the role will include public speaking internally and externally on a regular basis.


You will have strong agile delivery experience and be able to personally shape, influence and support delivery assignments across the BJSS portfolio, setting projects up for success.

Being able to excel and make an appreciable difference within a high calibre, dynamic and challenging environment is one of the most stimulating elements of the role.

A good appreciation of technology is vital, as is knowing when to defer to the technical expertise of the team around you.

You will collaborate with other regional Heads of Delivery to develop effective distributed-team ways of working.


Commercial experience and entrepreneurial credentials will be key to success; you will be involved with preparing commercial proposals and contractual terms for your delivery engagements and so it is important that these are prepared with appropriate levels of understanding of team profiles, cost, margin, delivery risk etc.

Collaborating with our Sales, Pre-Sales and Client Services teams, you and your team will work to develop new business opportunities and will ensure that successful client outcomes are achieved.
