Recruitment Boutique are searching for a
Business Development manager, who will become an integral part of our friendly and hard-working Business.

We are searching for an individual with experience generating and converting new businessopportunities, as well as a track record of driving revenue and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of a Business Development Executive include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify, build and maintain profitable relationships across multiple levels within each business
  • Generate new leads through direct sales approaches and follow up on existing opportunities,
  • Achieve agreed KPIs for lead generation and business development activities.
  • Update CRM with business development activities and support the Senior Business Managers with this activity.
  • Promote and accelerate the Institute's brand and position in the marketplace, including actively advocating for Institute's brand, values and ethics.
  • Work cl;osely with our consultants to drive success

The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Business Development Executive are:

  • Knowledge of principles and methods for identifying, promoting and selling products and services, to include marketing strategies, product demonstration and sales techniques.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Dynamics 36
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage a sales pipeline.
  • AStrong team ethic with awareness of individual responsibilities
  • Willingness to travel within England to meet senior figures.
  • Ability to identify and negotiate psl agreements
  • Educated to degree level ideally
  • Humble, confident and in search of continuous personal development
  • Holds a full UK driving licence.
This role is integral to the growth our business, both internally and externally
