**Trainee Teaching Assistant

ASAP**Are you looking to start a career in the education sector? Are you passionate about working with young children? Pearson Whiffin Education are on the lookout for energetic and enthusiastic individuals for Teaching Assistant roles in the Ashford area.

Due to changes in the market, primary schools are desperate to find hardworking Teaching Assistants for long-term and permanent vacancies.

You might have previously worked as a childminder or recently volunteered in a local primary school. Whatever yourlevel of experience, we want to hear from

Requirements for the role;

Previous experience working with children in some capacity
Passion for supporting young pupils
Strong behaviour management
Basic knowledge of the UK's curriculum
Approachable and understanding attitude
Willingness to learn and develop new skills related to the role
Some experience with SEN children (desirable but not essential)
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to acquire)
