Our client is a small but profitable Tech investment Fund.

They have been investing and growing for over 5 years with a solid investment (and operational) team returning (realised deals only) average 8x on an average of 3 years turnaround.

Investment strategy:

Profitable Tech (mostly cloud based) companies 210m (looking to rise to 520m this year)

Insolvent acquisitions

Operational turn around

The Role:

Evaluating and running full acquisition processes from inception to onboarding
Supporting one of the MD ́s you will be actively involved in the management of the acquired companies, implementing cost savings and business plans
Hands on role, making sure all reports and systems are in place (there will be admin involved here as it's a small team)
ACA (or equivalent) qualified, big four or six audit.
Transaction services and M&A experience (34 years combined. some flex)
Interest / experience in Tech
Good communication and presentation skills.
Happy to work in a small team/ organisation where everyone roles up their sleeves.
