Leeds Bradford International Airport with ability to WFH


Contract:
Part Time, 20 hours per week


Hours:
Minimum 3 days a week, with some weekend working on occasions

We have an exciting vacancy in the
Resource Planning team at Leeds Bradford Airport. The
Operations Planning Administrator will be responsible for supporting the resource planning team in maintaining the Workforce Management System.


Working within the Resource Planning Team, as our Resource Planning Administrator you will be supporting the Planning Analysts with day-to-day administrative tasks.

You will be responsible for managing accurate records of our airport staff, performing daily checks and updating employee schedules to accurately reflect scheduled and completed segments.

This is a hybrid (WFH/In Office)
part time role 20 hours a week, working a minimum of 3 days. Weekend working will be required on occasions.


What you will be doing

  • Maintain, update, and provide support for the Workforce Management system (Tambla Rostima) for planning shift patterns and task/position management
  • Support in creating & maintain relevant skill matrix' for operational areas to assist with task management and scheduling
  • Creation and scheduling of training schedules for departments across the business
  • Employee onboarding and leaver administration on the system
  • Produce, maintain, and improve business reporting
  • Monitor mailbox and resolve resource planning queries for all departments within the airport
  • Reconciliation of time & attendance records
  • Ensuring payroll reports are produced in a timely and accurate manner

About You

  • Previous experience of working in an Aviation or Transport environment is desired, although not essential
  • Demonstrate excellent time keeping and task management skills
  • Experience on Microsoft office, word & excel is required
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels within a business
  • Good data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to present this insight to wider business audiences & adapting data presentation methods as appropriate
  • Strong customer focus, who is a proactive selfstarter with a forwardthinking approach to driving insight and change
