Description
We are looking for an innovative thinker, with experience in making the most of the systems and solutions available, to drive our customer service goals and ensure benefits and best practices are felt by all areas of the service.
This role will include supporting colleagues with the use of systems for managing enquiries, including understanding service standards and working with colleagues to support the meeting of service standards.
You will be key in delivering the functional aspects of these systems with colleagues, supporting training and development where required.
We're looking for someone with great attention to detail and the ability to tackle complex processes, such as segmenting and targeting mass communications, requiring effective communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of audiences.
You will be expected to be target-led and insight-driven, working towards initiatives that support the future development of our approach to customer service.
You will play a key role in implementing solutions that support our strategic goals and outcomes and inspiring best practice across the service.
We build teams of people from different heritages and lifestyles from across the world, whose talent and contributions complement each other to greatest effect.
