Salary - £26, ,000pa
Monday - Friday - Office based
Some of the duties will include:
- Assisting with customer orders, refunds or exchanges
- Informing customers on any product promotions
- Communicating with the warehouse
- Working well as part of the team
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered
- Administrative duties where required
- Handling product recalls
- System administration
- 2 years experience within an office based customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team player
- Previous administration experience
- Microsoft dynamics is desirable but not essential
- Ability to multitask
- Strong organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail
