Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a growing organisation based within the St Albans area.

Salary - £26, ,000pa
Monday - Friday - Office based

Some of the duties will include:

Assisting with customer orders, refunds or exchanges
Informing customers on any product promotions
Communicating with the warehouse
Working well as part of the team
Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered
Administrative duties where required
Handling product recalls
System administration
2 years experience within an office based customer service role
Excellent communication skills
Strong team player
Previous administration experience
Microsoft dynamics is desirable but not essential
Ability to multitask
Strong organisational skills
High level of attention to detail
