Salary - £26, ,000pa
Monday - Friday - Office based

Some of the duties will include:

  • Assisting with customer orders, refunds or exchanges
  • Informing customers on any product promotions
  • Communicating with the warehouse
  • Working well as part of the team
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered
  • Administrative duties where required
  • Handling product recalls
  • System administration
  • 2 years experience within an office based customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Previous administration experience
  • Microsoft dynamics is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail

£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
