Noisy Clan is a small scrappy music accessory start-up based in
Edinburgh. We are looking for a creative Social Media and Customer
Engagement Specialist. You will be the first touchpoint for our customers. Are you excited to engage with our customers across all channels? Do you have strong storytelling instincts? Your Responsibilities:

• Plan content, delivery and execution across key social channels including.
• Administer Gorgias our customer support platform.
• Think creatively and develop compelling messages and content.
• Engage with influencers and identify possible collaborators.
• Produce quick video and image content to support the brand and drive consumer sales.
• Work with other team members and designers to ensure a consistent brand perception and visual identity.
• Travel occasionally for trade shows.
• Stay uptodate on social media developments, tools, trends and technologies.

Essential Skills:

• A passion for building social channels and audiences successfully.
• Relevant degree or similar qualification with 24 years professional experience preferred.
• Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A positive attitude, confidence and willingness to contribute.
• Creativity; experience and skills in working with illustration/ digital artwork/photography and other media. Affinity design suite or alternative capabilities are preferred with an emphasis on Spark and Affinity.
• Organised selfstarter.
• A willingness to jump in and help with all the things that come up in a small startup.
• A desire to join a small team of driven individuals and experience all aspects of a small startup.

£18,000 - £25,000
