The Role


Within the latest technologies that enhance modern day Audi vehicles, our cars communicate directly and electronically with our Audi businesses advising when routine service work or other repairs are required.

Mobile phone apps also link directly to the vehicle entertainment systems allowing route guidance to be planned, fuel range, engine oil levels, plus many other features and benefits to name but a few.

Do I need experience?
No, we will provide all technical expertise and training necessary to fulfil this role.

As a representative of Audi and Marshall Motor Group, it is essential that you provide our customers with the very best guidance using professional and fluent mannerisms.

A courteous and confident demeanour is an important attribute for this role.


What will I do on a daily basis?


As the Audi Connect Specialist, your role will be to provide support to our internal colleagues and retail customers equally.

With support from your Head of Business and Departmental Managers, you will:


  • Develop skills that will allow you to specialise in all aspects of mobile phone to modernday vehicle connectivity and functionality.
  • To meet and greet our Audi customers within the showroom, explaining all of the benefits of My Audi connectivity.
  • To proactively interact and enhance the customer experience through My Audi connectivity.
  • Demonstrate the functionality of the My Audi app and vehicle MMI connection.
  • To provide fluent and professional guidance to internal and external customers.
  • To ensure best in class customer service is provided, at all times.
  • Provide weekly uptake reports directly to the centre Head of Business.
  • Attend offsite training provided by Audi UK as necessary.
