Admin Assistant:

Hours: 15 to
18.75 hours per week, to be worked over either 3 or 4 days, Monday to Friday**
Salary: £18,600 per annum, pro rata**

Based at our Business Centre on the Staffordshire Technology Park and working within the HR department, you will be a hard-working, well-organised individual who will ensure the accurate and effective management of both paper-based and electronic staff records for both personnel and learning and development and support the recruitment needs and processes across the organisation.


What we're looking for:


You will have excellent administrative and interpersonal skills and be a confident and accurate IT user, able to meet deadlines and prioritise a changing workload within a fast-paced office environment.

You will be an approachable and professional team player with an awareness of the importance of confidentiality.

It would be desirable for you to have experience of or an interest in working within human resources and/or learning and development.

Knowledge of payroll administration would also be an advantage.

Ideally we would like working days to cover Monday, Thursday and Friday, although alternative working patterns may be considered.


Although working hours will be agreed in advance we are seeking an individual who is flexible in their availability, to enable them to provide additional departmental support during busy periods and to cover periods of annual leave and sickness.
