Zoop are delighted to be recruiting a Financial Services Administrator for a new and fresh financial services business.


This person would ensure all administration for life, pensions and investments submitted business is effectively managed to completion/issue in a timely manner, and that all service levels are met.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Servicing: including creating new client packs, preparing and processing authority letters, and ensuring relevant documents are uploaded.
  • Compliance: performing relevant anti money laundering checks, and checking compliance documentation is completed.
  • New Business Submission: use client database to track new business and current position, updating planner accordingly.

Person Specification:


Knowledge

  • Must have excellent understanding of the financial planning process.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner

Experience

  • Minimum of one year in a Financial Services Administration Role

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Perth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Financial Administration within an IFA firm: 1 year (preferred)

Hybrid remote in Perth
