We connect them with leading employers and universities through Virtual Work Experience programmes and Subject Spotlights (mini degree tasters).

About the role:
We're currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic, talented and commercially savvy Marketing Lead focussed on accelerating our growth as the UK's market leader for virtual work experience.
We want to find someone who can both help us design our marketing growth strategy and get stuck in to help us execute it.
Your ambitious strategy will radically grow the number of young people that participate in our virtual programmes and the number of businesses that partner with Springpod to run virtual work experience programmes.
You will initially have 2 marketing executives reporting to you who you will support to execute your B2B and B2C strategy.
Some of the activities you'll be focussed on:
- Planning and executing our marketing strategy and budgets within the employer market
- Working with our SVP of Employer Partnerships to define our value proposition for Employers and Students
- Creating a content marketing strategy and working with our inhouse and freelance teams to execute it
- Analysing the performance of our marketing and demand generation campaigns and working with your team to iterate on campaigns
About you:
You're a T shaped marketer with a strong overall marketing knowledge and the ability to support your team to execute across multiple channels.
You have a minimum of 3 years experience in marketing roles.
What you'll receive:
Salary band:
£30,000-£40,000 per annum

London - hybrid role (office 3 days a week) open to remote applicants
