Due to continued growth, and following another record year, Driver Hire Dundee are looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Dundee team who are based in our local office in the DD2 area.

You will be part of a well established team who have a wealth of experience to pass on and help you with your development.

Excellent communication skills
Experience of achieving and exceeding targets
A competitive streak
A full UK driving licence
Previous exposure to a sales environment
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Due to the fast paced and varied nature of the role, excellent time management skills are essential, as are your organisational skills.

You should be driven to succeed, and this should be as much about financial gain as it is about personal achievement.

You will be working with your colleagues to ensure that we maintain Driver Hire's reputation for delivering reliable and quality staff, whilst using your negotiation and relationship building skills to add value to our existing client relationships, whilst forging new ones with prospective customers in the region.
