Overview:

Are you an experienced Administrator looking to specialise into a fresh and interesting industry? Do you want a job where every day is different?

We are looking for an Administrator to join a small and fun team in Leeds city centre. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing multiple inboxes, responding to queries and providing support to clients.


This is an ideal role for someone with some administration experience who is looking to move into a role where no two days will be the same.

You will have the opportunity to learn and become a real expert in the industry.

This is a full-time role Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm.


Key responsibilities:


  • Managing multiple group inboxes and responding to enquiries in the same day
  • Ensuring that documentation is up to date and filed away in the relevant area
  • Liaising with clients and thirdparties as the first point of contact

Experience and attributes required:


  • Administration or customer service experience within an office environment
  • Highly organised individual who enjoys speaking to all different types of people
  • Incredible verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of using CRM database systems (desirable, but not required)
