, who are seeking an eager to learn, enthusiastic apprentice to work and study towards their Level 3 Business admin qualification

Key Details:


  • Typical working week 5 days a week
  • Hours will be approx 35 per week (9am 5pm)
  • ASAP Start date.
  • Wage: £ per annum
  • MUST have GCSE English and Mathematics at a grade C/4 or equivalent

Apprenticeship details:

  • You will work towards your Level 3 Business Administration qualification across a total duration of 16 months
  • Training provider: LMP Group (Rated 3rd best apprenticeship training provider across the UK)
  • All online/ remote learning, no class room or college day release. An allocated tutor will support you throughout the apprenticeship

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Duties will include:


  • Provide reception services to all visitors to the service centre and answer the main telephone line directing calls and taking messages as appropriate
  • Raise orders and projects (booking in equipment / site work enquiries) through Company computer system ensuring the correct customer account is used.
  • Process timesheets and run reports ensuring all hours correspond to meet monthly payroll deadlines.
  • Setting up new vendors in Company computer system adhering to finance department procedure.
  • Provide purchasing support to include placing Purchase Orders with approved vendors adhering to Sulzer standards of purchasing, ensuring order details are correct i.e. price, delivery lead time, carriage costs and quality specifications.
  • Update Company computer system when purchased goods are delivered to process for payment and resolve any vendor invoice queries.
  • Maintain Stationery and process monthly orders in accordance with the stationery levels and any requests from management/supervisors.
  • Any other duties commensurate with your skills, knowledge and experience to include covering for colleagues duties in times of absence and busy periods.
