_Tax Team Administrator _Salary - £18,000 - £23,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining cases notes to ensure viability of work
- Calling government authorities to obtain any relevant case information for property history
- Liaising with clients and third parties to collect/chase data
- Assisting surveyor's collation and analysis of site data
- Updating client information and case progression on our CRM systems
- Completing general administrative tasks as required
- Assisting the team with greeting clients and visitors to our offices
- Working within the firm's Data Protection / GDPR polices
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Attention to detail and comfortable working in a fastpaced office environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Confident and presentable telephone manner
- Superior organisation skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
Required Experience
Previous professional office experience is essential and training on all internal systems will be provided
