First Choice are recruiting for Centre Operators on behalf of our client who is the UK's largest independent integrator/installer of security solutions / lone worker solutions.

They are trusted by leading brands and organisations to protect their people, assets and reputations through innovative technology and specialist expertise.

Vacancies within their Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) facility in Pontefract.

The Role:

Receiving incoming alerts from alarms and responding accordingly
To help protect our customer's people, property, infrastructure, and reputation.
Control Room Operators are typically our first point of contact with our customers, responsible for the welfare of our Reliance Protect service users and first line of defence against criminal activity.

Person Requirements:

A calm demeanour
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to listen
Solid IT skills (accurate data entry is required)
Experience within an Alarm Receiving Centre is not essential, but you must be enthusiastic, willing to learn and have a positive approach.
The role suites someone who is team orientated, selfmotivating and success driven

Other:

An SIA CCTV Licence would be desirable but not essential. All training will be provided.
