Key Responsibilities:


  • Create highquality, engaging content, including text, images, videos, and blogs, that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the client's branding.
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, including scheduling posts and writing copy.
  • Build and nurture online communities and networks relevant to the recruitment and technology industry, fostering meaningful connections and conversations.
  • Help develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives.
  • Monitor social media metrics and help to provide regular reports on performance, using datadriven insights to optimise strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social media platforms, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or requests promptly.

Qualifications:


  • Qualification in Marketing (preferred).
  • Proven experience in social media management or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of content creation platforms including Canva.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and content creation.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn in a fastpaced environment.

£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
