A leading commercial debt recovery firm in Cheshire are looking to add a
Litigation Case Manager to their already thriving and friendly, specialist team.

The role offers the following:

Great Salary up to £32,000
Bonus Scheme based on targets

This client is a leading expert in its field and is looking for outstanding Litigation Case Managers to add to their leading team of 16.

The firm deals with big nationwide commercial clients, so this is a great opportunity to get involved with some big clients.

The firm is great at looking after their staff, with regular fun socials, tickets to see the rugby as well as free breakfasts on Fridays.

The role is a great way to enhance your litigation skills, as you will be involved in the whole litigation claim process, all the way to judgement, enforcement and through to insolvency.

You will have autonomy in your work as you will be negotiating and makesettlements according to your excellent judgement.

Previous experience in dealing with debt recovery or litigation is required, as well as previous experience in managing your own caseload.

You will be confident, have great communication skills and be comfortable dealing with clients, the Court and third parties, in person, and on the telephone, ensuring that each party receives an excellent level of service in line with the firm's standards.
