Description

We're looking for a female muslim (turkish speaking preferably) carer in Epping to join our team and provide support a elderly client their home.

This is a live-in position, so we're looking for an individual who enjoys spending all day with an elderly person and helping to care for that individual's basic needs.

The role will be split over 6 days, 3 days one, 1 day off and then 2 days on.

Responsibilities:

Stay at client's home and perform duties related to the care of clients.
Provide personal care for clients, including bathing, toileting, and dressing.
Support with cooking, medication and housekeeping.
Write detailed reports about client care; follow department guidelines for reporting and record keeping.
Maintain accurate records of client visits through a client case management system.
Monitor and update clients' medical information in computer system; enter data and document care provided.
Communicate with other medical and nursing personnel on client care issues; refer patients to other health care providers if needed.

Criteria/Skills required

Right to work in the UK
Relevant health and social qualification
Previous experience as a carer/live in carer
Caring, compassionate, attentive, patient
Genuine interest in working with and caring for elderly and vulnerable individuals
