If so, this could be the role for you?

My client who are based in the heart of Leeds City Centre, are specialists in delivering HR and compliance solutions for the education sector.

Having recently merged with a new business, they are well established and fast growing, meaning there is stillthat small company feel but with more opportunities for development and progression.

They are now looking for a brand new Engagement Consultant to join their busy team on a full time and permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

Supporting new and existing customers with implementation, onboarding, training and engagement in the companies products ad services.
Set and manage customers expectations and timescales by guiding through the implementation and roll out of products and services.
Build excellent working relationships with to help increase engagement.
Manage multiple roll outs at once.
Work on a project task until completion or referral to another department.
Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth process for the customer and ensure any technical issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
Conduct basic online training sessions with customers when needed.

Monday - Friday, 08:00 -17:00

Hybrid working - 2 days in the office, 3 days at home
