TST / Warley Carriers are looking to recruit an experienced customer service agent to work in our transport office.

Main Duties:

Handling all incoming customer queries
Managing the shared mailbox for customer ensuring timely responses
Maintaining and updating an accurate Customer data base / files and completing data entry
Ensure that the customs administration process is completed on time and in line with operational processes
Always adhering to a company's policies and procedures when assisting customers
Job quotations for all existing and new customers
Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure service levels are maintained.
Other Admin / Office duties

Skills required:

The ability to multitask
Good IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook / Teams). Experience using the Stirling transport system would be advantageous
High quality written and verbal communication skills
Great attention to detail to produce accurate work
The ability to provide an excellent level of customer service and work in a fast paced environment

Previous transport experience within customer services would be advantageous
