**I am a working (primarily from home), kind lady with physical health needs and looking for someone who can support me to gain confidence and independence at home and out in a community. I am looking to recruit someone who is compassionate and help me to remain independent. I live with my husband, daughter, dog and a cat and we are looking someone who is pet friendly and used to animals.

Details:
Helping and Supporting to be independent.
Reminding me to take medication.
Support with food preparation
Basic household cleaning tasks
Help and Support in and around the house
Support in personal care
Support in accessing the local community, attending community activities, classes, and going shopping.
Any other reasonable duties as requested.
Companionship to improve my general wellbeing

Person specification

Essential:
Approachable
Caring
Reliable
Female required due to personal care aspect of role.
Desirable:
Full UK driving license
Own personal car
Food handling certificate.
Experience in a similar role.

Summary terms and conditions

The rate of pay for this position is £11.00 per hour
Hours and times of work: 13 Hrs P/W.
Free Care Skills Training provided to employed staff
The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks
A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer
Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer
Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months
