A renowned, well established agency is currently looking for an Associate Medical Director to join their team

They work across publications, promotional Medical Education and Market Access across a huge amount of therapy areas. They are also renowned for their training programmes making them a great agency for growing your current skillset.

Associate Medical Director

As an Associate Medical Director, your ultimate aim will be to work in partnership with senior account leads, provide scientific leadership for the account team as well as be responsible for day-to-day management of high-quality content delivery across thefull range of medical communication services.

Alongside that you will provide medical direction, ensurin with a focus on accuracy, meeting client objectives, and overall quality of deliverables.

Internal Leadership:working with senior account leads to motivate account or project teams

Development of others:Regularly provide feedback on performance and foster a close relationship with the team members

Medical Expertise:Act as key source of therapy area/ product expertise for the client

Content Development: Drive content developemnt through to completition

Client Service:Provide ideas and creative input to assist and challenge clients' own thinking/planning and act as primary point of contact

In return, you will receive a salary between
£55,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
