About the Job:

A welcoming and well-run PRU in Uxbridge are seeking an Employability Coach/Careers Mentor to work with their year 11 students.

This role is ideal for an individual with a career background - used to engaging with KS4/5 young people.

Excellent communication and mentoring skills - supporting young people to prevent them from becoming NEET.

Responsibilities:

Designing care plans that best suit the student's needs.
Providing emotional support by talking to students about their needs and listening to their concerns.
Experience supporting children or adults with SEMH and challenging behaviour.
Experience as a support worker.
Willingness to learn.
