We have new business signed up under policies every day and our operations team is critical to ensuring the relevant cover is set up on our systems and invoiced correctly.
Our Policy Administrators also help onboard new clients, resolve queries and prepare reports on regular activity - spotting and identifying issues and trends and liaising with other teams internally to resolve any problems and flag issues.
They also assist with other administrative tasks, such as auditing activities, as required. This role will also involve working with our quotation platform which allows brokers to obtain quotes and take up policies online - resolving user queries, reporting and assisting with ongoing development.
