The Role:

We're looking for a Data Entry Executive to migrate our customers data from one portal to another with the upmost accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Be knowledgeable of the new customer portal and processes to fully understand data import requirements.
Review and reformat exported data to meet the requirements for the new portal.
Identify & remove duplicated data to ensure high quality of data in the new portal.
Identify and report errors in customer data that will prevent import.
Input and import data into the new customer portal accurately.
Manage time and tasks effectively to meet outlined schedule.
Communicate & log progress clearly.
Make amendments according to quality check feedback.
